The Client

Wren Electrical has been trading since October 2019. Servicing the Wakefield, Pontefract and Castleford areas, the business provides all electrical services for both commercial and domestic properties. This includes electrical testing and a wide range of installation work.


The Challenge

New legislation means that landlords are required to ensure all tenanted properties have completed an electrical conditioning report every five years.

These reports are a key part of Wren Electrical’s day-to-day business and presented an opportunity to attract new customers and drive increased business. With the company’s owner, James Staszewsky, short on time to devote to drumming up new business partnerships himself, he asked the experts to support him.

Within three months of the campaign, SOUL had facilitated introductions to 10 local estate agents including one of the biggest in the area, Richard Kendall Ltd.

The team was given access to the client’s online calendar to schedule appointments on their behalf to rapidly speed up the process for generating new business and supporting their growth.

Beyond the initial campaign, the two companies are continuing to work together with SOUL providing an ongoing service to handle all inbound telephone and email enquiries.
